Welcome to http://www.inknova.cn. These Terms govern your access and use of this website and all inquiries, quotations and orders between you and Daoerwen Technology Co.,ltd (“we”, “us”). By browsing our site, sending inquiries or placing orders, you agree to these Terms.
You may use this Site for legitimate business inquiry only. You shall not hack, scrape, copy our product photos, logos, texts or intellectual property without our written permission.
All product pictures, specifications, descriptions and prices on the website are for reference only. We reserve the right to adjust specifications due to production upgrade. Final product details shall be confirmed on our Proforma Invoice (PI).
Our quotation is valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include destination duties, taxes, customs clearance fees unless we write it in the quotation. We reserve the right to adjust prices caused by raw material cost fluctuation, exchange rate change or policy adjustment before order confirmation.
An order is only confirmed after we issue a signed PI and receive your deposit as agreed. Payment terms will be stated clearly on PI. If you fail to make payment on time, we may cancel the order or adjust the delivery schedule.
Any lead time we provide is an estimated time. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure: port congestion, customs inspection, shipping line delay, natural disaster, factory supply interruption or other events out of our reasonable control.
Buyer shall be responsible for import customs clearance, import tax and local charges at destination country.
This is a B2B wholesale / OEM site. We do NOT accept free returns without quality problems.
Buyer shall inspect goods within 7 working days after receiving cargo. For confirmed manufacturing defects, our solution is limited to rework, replacement or supplementary shipment, subject to our verification. No consequential loss (lost profit, downtime cost) will be compensated.
All logos, images, texts, designs on this website belong to Daoerwen Technology Co.,ltd. For OEM orders, buyer warrants that their trademark, artwork and design do not infringe any third-party rights, and buyer shall fully indemnify us for any IP dispute arising from buyer’s provided files.
We shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of use of our products, within the maximum scope permitted by law.
Any dispute will first be resolved by friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled under the law of China.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
